My order was short AGAIN. I was charged for 2 bottles of Adapt lubricating deodorant gel and there was NONE IN THE BOX!!! This is the 3rd month in a row that I haven't gotten all my supplies but the company has charged me for them. Customer service rep told me " Oh, your warehouse is out of those so another warehouse is shipping you some." REALLY...AND JUST WHEN?? AND WHY DOES MY PACKING SLIP SAY I RECIEVED THEM? MEDICARE FRAUD...
Repeatedly send shipments with no warning, no discussion about needed products, nor do they attempt to communicate even though making promises every time to call before shipping. Edit: in reply to their response: I previously left three voicemails and had two additional calls with a wait time of 20+ minutes. No response from the company until after I left a negative public review on here.
The team at 180 Medical have always been very courteous, kind and attentive. It has been a pleasure to deal with them. They have accommodated any changes I've needed on a timely basis.
I've had to use 180 Medical for about 3 or 4 years. When I started using a catheter, I was embarrassed and anxious. The person I talked to was very kind and compassionate to help me through my anxiety. Since then they have been kind and compassionate and willing to send me a new order when I have failed to place an order on time. Everyone I have talked to is very professional and friendly. I strongly recommend 180 Medical to anyone who needs to self-cath.
