Going down hill fast. I have used 180 medical for 10 years and the last 2 years have been nothing but problems. I am not looking for a different supplier.
Not a company I would recommend. I received supplies from them for 10+ years. I regularly had issues with my orders. Unfortunately it's a company like every other and makes decisions to increase profit no matter. I wish I would have left the company sooner
Very poor customer service. We have been fighting with them for 2 years over paperwork they insist Medicare requires only to find out that Medicare doesn't require it and have approved our request for supplies. 180 medical also quit supplying the product we needed. They told us it had been discontinued. After talking to the supplier they told us they no longer supply 180 medical because of issues they have with them. We are now going to get our supplies directly from the company who makes them. This company has serious probl... read more
This company stays on top of our projected needs. Delivery is prompt. They handle all the insurance paperwork. Very competent!
