My representative, Diana is top shelf customer service. Couldn't ask for a better rep. After dealing with another vendor and the chaos that ensued Diana has been a refreshing welcome to the 180 corporation. She called me on the phone. Very polite. Well mannered and completely knowledgeable of the products you provide. After assessment of my condition she made the appropriate suggestions and boom. Product was on the way. Going down hill fast. I have used 180 medical for 10 years and the last 2 years have been nothing but problems. I am not looking for a different supplier.
Not a company I would recommend. I received supplies from them for 10+ years. I regularly had issues with my orders. Unfortunately it's a company like every other and makes decisions to increase profit no matter. I wish I would have left the company sooner
Very poor customer service. We have been fighting with them for 2 years over paperwork they insist Medicare requires only to find out that Medicare doesn't require it and have approved our request for supplies. 180 medical also quit supplying the product we needed. They told us it had been discontinued. After talking to the supplier they told us they no longer supply 180 medical because of issues they have with them.
