Best customer service I've ever experienced from a medical supply store. Entrance is in the back of the building. My father mail-orders his catheter's from 180 medical, and he says he's never had any issues; I would recommend that you try it as well!
Not a very good company they do not listen to the customer on what needs to be ordered.I got a bunch of medical supplies that I did not request and then they want to ship it out the orders with tons of boxes I would never use them again.
This company is great!! I was accidentally sent the wrong item (I'm sure it was something that got lost in translation when I was placing my order). I contacted the company and it was so easy to return them; they sent me the right items within 24 hours and sending back the misorder was super easy!!
180 is amazing! I ran out of caths while traveling and 180 shipped the them to my remote location in very timely response. I highly recommend 180 to others.
