Absolutely horrible service! My wife underwent an emergency colostomy and learned how to use Hollister products for her self care. Insurance approved us for what products she wanted to use and 180 Medical had the audacity to tell us they won’t sell new patients Hollister products. They would only sell new patients ConvaTech. On top of which they wouldn’t sell anything until we receive their sample box. The sample box arrived and they sent non compatible parts for the two-piece system. But its more than providing supplies there are other companies you can get your supplies from.
