This company is great!! I was accidentally sent the wrong item (I'm sure it was something that got lost in translation when I was placing my order). I contacted the company and it was so easy to return them; they sent me the right items within 24 hours and sending back the misorder was super easy!!
180 is amazing! I ran out of caths while traveling and 180 shipped the them to my remote location in very timely response. I highly recommend 180 to others.
I have used other Urostomy supply companies and have to say that 180 Medical is the best for customer service! Friendly and fast!
Absolutely horrible service! My wife underwent an emergency colostomy and learned how to use Hollister products for her self care. Insurance approved us for what products she wanted to use and 180 Medical had the audacity to tell us they won’t sell new patients Hollister products. They would only sell new patients ConvaTech. On top of which they wouldn’t sell anything until we receive their sample box. The sample box arrived and they sent non compatible parts for the two-piece system.
