I have used other Urostomy supply companies and have to say that 180 Medical is the best for customer service! Friendly and fast!
Absolutely horrible service! My wife underwent an emergency colostomy and learned how to use Hollister products for her self care. Insurance approved us for what products she wanted to use and 180 Medical had the audacity to tell us they won’t sell new patients Hollister products. They would only sell new patients ConvaTech. On top of which they wouldn’t sell anything until we receive their sample box. The sample box arrived and they sent non compatible parts for the two-piece system. I began using 180 supplies for over a year and from day 1 it has been 100% Satisfaction. More companies should take lessons from their Customer. Service. But its more than providing supplies there are other companies you can get your supplies from.
