UPDATE 1/11/25: 180 Medical was bought out by Wilmington Medical Supply. The quality of the product I've been getting for 3+ years from 180 Medical has been TERRIBLE since the switch. I have to change bags consistently because there are now issues with them leaking. I cannot recommend this company anymore. The team here is great. It's sometimes a pain to deal with Medicare and insurance but they always make sure we are covered in terms of getting supplies to us ASAP. The team here is great. It's sometimes a pain to deal with Medicare and insurance but they always make sure we are covered in terms of getting supplies to us ASAP. I've dealt with a competitor and it's no comparison, the 180medical team is knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. I've never had a bad experience and I've been on the phone with them quite a few times.
