As someone who was paralyzed at 16, I've been a customer for over 10 years now & I still adore this company. They give me zero reasons to think about using another company. Medical supply places can be tricky, but not with 180. My boomer dad always complains about how there's no customer service nowadays blah blah & I somewhat agree.. but this company restores my faith in that.
