We love 180 Medical!!
As someone who was paralyzed at 16, I've been a customer for over 10 years now & I still adore this company. They give me zero reasons to think about using another company. Medical supply places can be tricky, but not with 180. My boomer dad always complains about how there's no customer service nowadays blah blah & I somewhat agree.. but this company restores my faith in that. Beware of cost. I was reassured that the cost with my new insurance would only be $15 per month copay. I was excited that it was cheaper than the $150 I had paid out of pocket with previous insurance. Then I start getting bills for way over $300 per month. Bait and switch. Turns out they are charging over 120 per box what I can get on locost medical for $14 per box. I never would have ordered if they had been honest.
