For more than 5 years 180 medical ships catheter supplies for my daughter. They used be very good, on top of things, especially refills & shipment used to come on time. After many years of good experience they missed a shipment & I has problems getting PA . I am editing my review & giving 4 stars as they fixed their problem. And I am having no problems with my supplies & PA. Savitha

For more than 5 years 180 medical ships catheter supplies for my daughter. They used be very good, on top of things, especially refills & shipment used to come on time. There is clearly no communication between employees, everything you call you need to narrate the whole story for them to move 1 step forward. For the past 3 months I am trying to get diapers through them & I would have called them 20 times or more. 180 Medical is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. Their people are knowledgeable and caring. I was caught in a dilemma when my urologists organization switched hospitals and didn't make me aware that they no longer accepted my insurance. 180 Medical staff went above and beyond to make sure that I had some type of product I could use until I was able to get things taken care of. Thank you to all of you who were involved.

I have been using 180 medical for almost a year now. I have never had any issues. They are on time every month. They are extremely accurate with my orders, and the boxes are discreet. I have a support person who checks in with me on a regular basis. I have 24 hour a day support. I couldn’t be any happier with this company. They have made a difficult situation much easier for me. Thank you 180 medical!!
