The 1800 team has done an excellent job the last five years. We had a little bump getting the right information from my doctor, but the team did an outstanding job of bending over backwards to resolve the issue. I recommend they all get a FREE margarita after work Monday.

My doctor put in a referral for 180 Medical. I'm glad others have had good experiences with this company. I have not. I have ordered from them 4 times. All but 1 of the orders was either the wrong product or expired product. To make matters worse, when I've called to ask questions about returns, billing etc., I will get several conflicting answers. It seems they have some serious deficiencies in training and communication. I would avoid this company if possible. They're pretty incompetent, unfortunately.
