This has to be the worst DME supplier I've ever dealt with. When you call the number the wait time is long so you press one for a return phone call. Once they call back then they put you in the same queue. I was speaking to an actual agent for a coinsurance quote and then was disconnected and she never called back. I'm going to ask my provider to give me another DME supplier. This is ridiculous. It's like they're turning away business?????

I was desperately in need of help getting supplies. Being newly paralyzed, I had some insurance issues. My Insurance denied coverage of something I desperately needed due to the medical bureaucratic system. This lead me to be willing to pay cash. Although 180medical didn't accept cash, they understood my dyer situation and helped me out in a huge way. I want to say thank you to the nice lady that helped me, avoiding an ER trip. I am forever grateful. Thank you so much.

You provide an absolutely critical service and you do it in an amazingly consistent and flawless way. I have been supported and kept healthy by your dedicated efforts and the flawless product you provide for years.
