I was desperately in need of help getting supplies. Being newly paralyzed, I had some insurance issues. My Insurance denied coverage of something I desperately needed due to the medical bureaucratic system. This lead me to be willing to pay cash. Although 180medical didn't accept cash, they understood my dyer situation and helped me out in a huge way. I want to say thank you to the nice lady that helped me, avoiding an ER trip. I am forever grateful. Thank you so much.

I have been supported and kept healthy by your dedicated efforts and the flawless product you provide for years. The 1800 team has done an excellent job the last five years. We had a little bump getting the right information from my doctor, but the team did an outstanding job of bending over backwards to resolve the issue. I recommend they all get a FREE margarita after work Monday.
