Before 180MEDICAL, I had constant problems getting the products I needed every month. My doctor recommended 180MEDICAL for ostomy supplies. I called and spoke to Jessica. She listened to me explain my situation, and gave me immediate recommendations to solve the problems I was having. She suggested some products I had never heard of before. Always a answering service...this is not a good company...they started out good but must be having problems.i have tried to be patient and work through them.lots of talk when I can get anyone. No action. Don't take a chance on this company . . .
