After 8 years I would no longer recommend this company to anyone. The first 7 years were great. I moved, changed my name with no issues, they would send Christmas and birthday cards. Until all went down hill, it has taken 3 months and 39 phone calls for me to get hung up on and still do not have my prescription filled. They have requested personal information from doctors I don’t even see. They have told me it’s my fault and I need to contact my insurance provider multiple times just to figure out that they don’t have my ins... read more
I gave them a call. They got everything sorted and I got my supplies in just a few days.

I have a new ileostomy. So this is all new to me. When we initially contacted 180 Medical they collected incorrect contact data, probably just took info off caller i.d., which to use accurately would require an extension number, which would not show on caller i.d. After not hearing from them, I called them again. No big deal. I reordered info and updated caller contact info. I have had excellent service and very helpful people from this company. I couldn’t be happier. Will always order my catheters from them.
