Rented wheelchair for a week at $125. He returned it at the end of the week. They charged his credit card $900.00 because they said wasn't returned. Finally got that fixed. Then I get a bill for 4(four) more wheelchairs for a total of $540.92. Will never ever use these folks again. They can cancel my so called account.
If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I have my INFANT son (not even a week old) about to be discharged- they brought me faulty equipment. Would not let me take him. The machine would not even start. I get another unit. Cool this one works we can finally take him home. Not even 24 hours later the machine stops working late at night. After 8 years I would no longer recommend this company to anyone. The first 7 years were great. I moved, changed my name with no issues, they would send Christmas and birthday cards. Until all went down hill, it has taken 3 months and 39 phone calls for me to get hung up on and still do not have my prescription filled. They have requested personal information from doctors I don’t even see. They have told me it’s my fault and I need to contact my insurance provider multiple times just to figure out that they don’t have my ins... read more
