Watch out!!! even after I canceled my membership they are still trying to charge me! This is a fraudulent company. My name is Matthew Tervort. They will not stop charging me even though I signed their stupid paper, releasing me from my contract.. these people are crazy. I’ve been charged a month after month, even though I moved away to California. I had to get in contact with Chase and change my bank because of these psychopaths.
Had a friend sign up for 3 months he never got a key card or access to the building but they tried to say he owed another 9 months for membership and they would take it to collections without payment.
Great place especially now that they have expanded with lots of extra machines....
The equipment is very worn; many machines don't have the safety lock to use them. You have to remove the lock from another machine to use it, and the person who works there doesn't put things away properly; there's no order.
