Moved to Ephraim last year and have been really enjoy 180 Fitness. I love that it’s open 24/7; 7 days a week.

(Save your money) Since there is no quality reviews of this place I’m here to help. This place is honestly a ripoff for how much they charge, and the only reason I really come here is because it’s one of the two gyms in this area. First off this is the most poorly ran and maintained gyms I have even been to. I never see anyone taking care of this place but I do see people who work here often and it seems like they do nothing. Drinking fountain has been out of order for almost a month now, unless you stick your hand inside the fountain and push the electrical button 🤔, equipment is very outdated, there is always 1-2 machines down. All of there treadmills won’t go over 6 mph if you weigh more then 200 pounds. It’s VERY overpriced for what is offered. It’s the only gym in the town so I guess they can get away, with what they want. It would be cool to see them put some love into it to show their loyal customers they care.
