Love this gym For small town this is a great strength and muscle building gym. Some cardio and cross training equipment also My new safe place haha
Update! They got a bunch new aerobic machines!!! Thank you!! Great facility if you do weights. A lot of aerobic machines.
It is an awesome gym. I do wish they had more equipment that didn't require the constant moving of the weight plates but in all they have a large diverse selection of equipment and is is always clean 🥰
