My first class at Fervour was amazing. Tamara is so welcoming and a wonderful instructor. They have the best equipment and full body workout programs. 10/10 recommend! :)
I attended the virtual class with the live group during my lunch hour and it was amazing! I'm sore today. Woo hoo! I love that it is a live virtual class with the group and not a recording. This will definitely help me commit to the time and hold my accountable to show up rather than pushing it off and thinking I can get to the recording later. Only to never do the workout. I have been a part of this amazing fitness studio for about 2 years. I have never stayed committed to my health and fitness journey for longer than a few months before. This Fitness Studio has always been comfortable, welcoming, and inspiring for me. I look forward to continuing with these wonderful ladies.
Fervour has been a great addition to my daily routine. The atmosphere is welcoming, everyone is friendly, and the gym is always clean. Tamara genuinely cares and takes the time to listen to your questions and concerns
Best women's gym ever! Tam and her team create challenging workouts that are effective and fun. They create a culture of encouragement. I always leave feeling better than when I came. Love this gym!!
