Just started my membership today I'm going to absolutely love this place

Love that it’s 24hrs and has a sauna ! I’m here for work and wanted to continue my gym routine and with 180 fitness I’m able to do just that . The owner is very friendly and accommodating especially when I had to update my payment information .
Very impressed. A full complement of equipment. I’ll be back when I’m in Cape Girardeau!
