I had originally posted about my poor experience with this company, but the owner went above and beyond to fix the situation one on one. He was honest, upfront, and took time out of his own life to make sure things were made right. I am very thankful for the effort that was made and the way that mine and my husband’s vehicles look.
My Hyundai was caught in the bad hail storm, Fritz and his crew worked fast and efficient to get my car in and out of the shop while they also provided me with a brand new rental car!! Would totally recommend and would definitely take my car back!!
I cannot recommend this company highly enough. My truck was on the verge of being declared a total loss, but their team stepped in, negotiated directly with my insurance, and ensured every repair was executed flawlessly. They kept me in the loop with proactive phone calls throughout the entire process. When I picked it up, the dent work was perfect and they had fully detailed the vehicle. It looks like a brand-new truck rolling off the lot. Exceptional execution and top-tier customer advocacy.
