My car was in the shop for over six months, and the experience has been frustrating. I received multiple messages indicating my car was ready, only to be told otherwise when I arrived to pick it up. The hail damage I reported was still visible, and the staff seemed indifferent to my concerns. They took over 6 months to give me back my car. It had places where the paint was nicked. The back tail light was never fixed. So i sold the car. Yhen someone from the shop came through where u work and told me thst my tsil light has been over at the shop for over 2 months. No one rver called texted or nothing and let me know it was there. I don't recommended that anyone uses this company ever.
Steve and his crew are the best in town!! We took all 3 of our vehicles there!
