I arrived, barely had to wait for service, and recieved a fantastic haircut. One of the barbers, Chemy, is super friendly, an absolute joy to talk to, and has never let me down each time I get a haircut. This place is has great staff members alongside Chemy, and is 100% worth your time and money. I don't see myself going to any other barber in Kelowna
horrible customer service. when i walked in and said Hi no one responded to me. i had a appointment booked for 12, i waited until 12:20 with no one talking to me. another lady got immediate service when she walked in.
