180 Degrees at Great River Landing in 2023 promised change after Better Futures failed. I have been at Great River Landing since 2019. When 180 Degrees took over the programming in 2023 I had high expectations for a better living environment here at Great River Landing. Those expectations quickly faded as residents were allowed to violate terms of the lease agreement. Violation that affected the warranty of habitability. Loud music, Drug use, Smoking cigarettes/ marijuana in rooms, Alcohol use...and other disruptive behavior... read more
