I have been working with 18Wheels for 5 years now. Great staff and owners. They have grown in the past few years and have a very strong team to handle every part of logistic, wareshousing, and truck delivery services. Amazing service and always available, ready and willing to help and do what it takes to service us.
Good, busy facility, lots of bay doors and gated yard.
Terrible freight company. I will never work with them again. You have been warned.
Had a terrible experience here. We used 18Wheels as a freight broker for a long time, doing dozens of loads per year. We noticed that our freight started getting damaged every shipment. It started out very minor so we let it slide and ate the costs, but after a while it was getting a bit unbearable. I asked for a small claim on only a partial amount of $300 or so and they refused to cover it. Would not take any responsibility at all for any damages caused during transportation.
