Had a terrible experience here. We used 18Wheels as a freight broker for a long time, doing dozens of loads per year. We noticed that our freight started getting damaged every shipment. It started out very minor so we let it slide and ate the costs, but after a while it was getting a bit unbearable. I asked for a small claim on only a partial amount of $300 or so and they refused to cover it. Would not take any responsibility at all for any damages caused during transportation.

Hahah what a great company when your rise your voice for the safety of your coworkers and working environment instead of fixing the problem they terminate you so they can hide all the unsafe things they do. 18 wheels is such an unsafe and unprofessional place to work. I was trying to make this a better working environment for myself and my colleagues but the company terminated me instead 2 days after I brought this up to the management. This company does not care about their workers. The workers are the mine reason us customers keep coming back but learning that they can’t take care of their own makes me sick to my stomach. The first thing on this company’s mind should be safety and cleanliness for the people that work there. I wish I could give them 0 starts
