Terrible freight company. I will never work with them again. You have been warned.
Had a terrible experience here. We used 18Wheels as a freight broker for a long time, doing dozens of loads per year. We noticed that our freight started getting damaged every shipment. It started out very minor so we let it slide and ate the costs, but after a while it was getting a bit unbearable. I asked for a small claim on only a partial amount of $300 or so and they refused to cover it. Would not take any responsibility at all for any damages caused during transportation.
Nobody answers phones
Hahah what a great company when your rise your voice for the safety of your coworkers and working environment instead of fixing the problem they terminate you so they can hide all the unsafe things they do. 18 wheels is such an unsafe and unprofessional place to work. I was trying to make this a better working environment for myself and my colleagues but the company terminated me instead 2 days after I brought this up to the management.
