Called this location because I needed an oil change. I have a Paccar motor and I need the 10/30 oil. THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT IT IS! Their name is 18 wheeler but you CANNOT COME HERE WITH YOUR TRAILER! And you wouldn't even read the sign because is so SMALL that you will see it only when you're entered already. They don't have space and when I asked for the service they bullied me saying that I didn't call.....when I showed them my phone with their number they said that it wasn't true!!!!

Took my truck two or three weeks ago Disappointed not only they use an impact gun to loosen up the bolt to drain the oil they make a mess on your axle and surrounding areas. They do not wait for the oil to fully drain.They messed up my engine for a small job not related to oil change ended up taking it to another shop to get it fixed. Do not trust this shop Employees are Cubans, and they have zero knowledge. Don't trust this 5 stars reviews.
