One of the worse apartment complexes ever!!!! They have broken many items of their own lease agreement. We are over four months from freeze and no work has been done on apartment unit my daughter leased, it is still just studs. They finally moved her to another unit that is cheaper than her original unit, but are charging more than people currently living there. They let strangers inside apartment without informing anyone. One time we came back to find the apartment wide open with no one on site, contractors finally came bac... read more
WORST STUDENT LIVING IN HUNTSVILLE. 18 Seventynine are by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment complex. For starters, when I entered my apartment complex for the first time, I was welcomed to trash all over the kitchen that was left by the previous resident. The complex DID NOT check or clean the kitchen before we arrived. When I went upstairs to my room, I noticed that I did not have a dresser. They gave me stackable drawers and tried to convince me that they were dressers. THE WINTER STORM was when thin... read more
18seventynine and its parent company (WayPoint REI) are attempting to charge residents rent for units that are uninhabitable after the recent winter storm. In the current pandemic, how is this safe, reasonable, or livable to have workers coming in and out of apartment... read more

The apartments did not charge a deposit, but had very unethical ways to put charges and bill you for them after the move-out. They did not allow a walk-through. We received a bill for unused shuttle passes and a parking pass for guests ($50 for each pass) that was not signed for, nor received. They charged $85 to reprogram a key that was turned in after their cutoff of 1:00 pm on the last day of the lease. She put it in the dropbox after hours. They also said her inventory sheet was not turned in that stated all the damages ... read more
