I normally have great service and receive a great cut when I attend 18/8, however this was not my normal experience, as my normal stylist was not present and I needed to get my hair trimmed and shaped for work. For the experience I was tended to by Sam (Stephanie M.), and she is a great conversationalist and is very nice. As a person who has been afflicted with growing hair and societal pressure to fit in, this establishment offers what I can say, most confidently, the best hair service I've experienced.
This was first visit here after going to a different salon for a long enough time that I forgot what kind of hair cut I get, how long, what clippers, etc. I had Steph today and I just gave a vague description of what I wanted and said it had been about month since my last hair cut. She knocked it out of the park and i am super pleased with it. I plan to return and would recommend.
My husband came in and had a mediocre experience, BUT the owner Andrew turned things around a full 360 and very quickly I may add! My husband spoke with him on the phone this evening and we received great conversation and words of kindness. Thank you Andrew and staff, we look forward to our next experience here!
Came in for a haircut for my son and the stillest did an extremely bad job. Gave a cut opuses from what we requested. Worse haircut my son has ever had. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALOON.
