I have used 18/8 for many years for a variety of services. Each haircut has been incredible and the staff have been wonderful. I highly recommend 18/8.
I got my hair done from Dena. I went to get a regular perm which I normally do and the lady I tried for the first time she didn’t get all my hair in the rods on any part of my head so there are lots of random straight strands of hair everywhere. The perm also fried my hair completely, which now falls out my scalp all the time, and is very dried out. Which never happened once until I went to this lady. None of it blends properly. It looks like I have a toupee on in the back. The sides are patch and uneven. The edges on the back are even worse. I wouldn’t give them a dollar
Loved going here but it looks like my stylist might have moved on as I went to book a haircut and she isn't on the list :(. This place is fantastic and Nicole W did a great job with my hair every time for the past 5 years or so. Yes its pricy but it's well worth it if you want a relaxing experience and the perfect cut every time. I've honestly never had a bad experience in my ~5 years going here.
Dena is the best! Highly skilled in her craft.
