Charged me for overnight shipping, then shipped ground. Find somewhere else to do business
Couldnt even find location because its incorrectly addressed on google, called to ask where it was and the lady seemed very upset for being unfamiliar with the place
Horrible customer service... Called customer support on an order I placed to ask about delivery. As soon as the lady answered she sounded like she did not want to be on the phone. I told her I was having an Issue with the delivery thinking they would be acceptable to at least help me or point me in the right direction as soon as i stated my problem with delivery lady just says "yup yup nothing I can do about it" I hung up right away never going to support or order from this place again.
