Do NOT use Alexis! My daughter’s wedding is in 30 days and she stopped responding to our texts and emails. She would say she is going to send us the information we requested, but she never did. When I finally called her, from a number that was not mine, she answered her phone and was completely unapologetic or showed the least bit of remorse. She didn’t even try to keep me as a client when I said we are going to go in a different direction. I just don’t want anyone to experience what we did.

BEWARE OF RENTING THIS SPACE: When I arrived to set up for a baby shower a rude young man told me the air wasn't working and I could get a refund. I told him 30 people were on the way and what was I supposed to do, he told me I should go to the park. After going back & forth he finally went to purchase some fans. The temp was 87 then come to find out the water wasn't working so guests had to walk across the busy street to Publix to use a restroom. "BRIDES BEWARE!! I cannot stress enough how absolutely HORRIBLE my experience was with Alexis as a wedding coordinator & Florist. What should have been one of the most exciting times of my life turned into an absolute nightmare because of her complete lack of professionalism and respect for her clients. I booked a full service wedding planner on 8/1/2024. This was by far my most frustrating vendor for my wedding and the only negative that we had on our day. First the communication was really difficult with both my sister and I trying for months to get a link to pay for the flowers. When I would get a hold of Alexis she would say she would send me the link then did not.
