I booked a full service wedding planner on 8/1/2024. This was by far my most frustrating vendor for my wedding and the only negative that we had on our day. First the communication was really difficult with both my sister and I trying for months to get a link to pay for the flowers. When I would get a hold of Alexis she would say she would send me the link then did not. She kept apologizing and ensuring me that she would send me the information by a certain time then missed the timeline she gave. Our experience with 17th and Sage was a mixed bag. We had package that was primarily for the "day of event." However, it did involve help and planning for the "month-of" according to what we were told. Unfortunately, trying to even get in contact with 17th and Sage was a struggle from the get-go. Our first scheduled meeting was apparently not even in their record (although we had a confirmation email for said meeting.) No communication unless I sent numerous texts and emails. They were hired for day of coordination and florals but I had to find a new florist 2 weeks before my wedding and Alexis never showed up to the month of meeting with venue coordinator. Had to find a new florist because the topic of florals was avoided and acted like I never signed a contract after reviewing a floral proposal.
