Hotel room leaks. Front desk person says it’s being handled. Hours and hours later still waiting and water all over the place. Complete scam. Avoid. We will be filing a dispute with credit card company. What an inconvenience
Una excelente experiencia. Los departamentos son amplios con habitaciones cómodas. La cocina totalmente equipada, espacio externo para una cena a la luz de las estrellas y cerca de los parques. Las vistas del departamento daban al golf, hermoso! Además disfrutamos del desayuno en el Club House y del parque de agua, excelente.
We stayed there on Christmas and had a great experience at a 3 bedroom villa for 8 people. Great location close to Disney parks, very clean, daily maid service. We had access to the water park in the property, we just had to drive there but totally worth it, the pools were heated! they have lazy river, slides and a whole water playground. So nice! and they do have a restaurant and they serve you food and drinks by the pool. So I felt at a top notch resort at Acapulco or Cancun. Will definitely be back.
Great place to stay!! Amazing villas, Immaculate golf courses, best lazy river and water slides of any resort in the area, friendly staff. Couldn't ask for anything more! Highly recommended!
