I had a very disappointing experience at 1717 Avenue. The head conclerge, Maria, came across as rude and unprofessional during our interaction. Good customer service starts with treating people respectfully, and unfortunately that was not my experience. I hope management addresses this, as a courteous and professional concierge can make a significant difference for residents and visitors alike.
