The best Texas BBQ in Texas
Buyer beware if you’re planning a trip here. The BBQ might be good when they actually have it, but the business side is incredibly frustrating. First, their hours seem to change constantly. We went on a Saturday, then came back just a couple of weeks later on another Saturday only to find they’d changed their hours and were no longer open weekends at all. Perhaps the best brisket I have eaten in fifty years of eating barbecue. The sauce was good but the meat didn't need it to be delicious. Friendly, fast service. Great atmosphere. It's small and if you don't get here before 11:30, you may have to wait for a table and eat whatever they haven't sold out of! I will definitely be back to try some other dishes, especially the bread pudding!
Their turkey will ruin Thanksgiving! Its soo good!
