I have a friend who has been living here 2 years + and mentioned how amazing living here was. I finally decided to come and move in to the Property. Diana Ortiz Was FANTASTIC. From when I came to tour, to the application process. She was very friendly and had all the answers to my questions. I rate her alone a 10. Thank Diana for making my move soo easy and exciting. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to move in here..
My five star review has everything to do with the hard working young lady in the leasing office, Ms. Diana. She went above and beyond to accommodate me when I was searching for the right apartment and worked hard to make sure that I was able to move in on time. It felt like there was issue after issue going through this moving process but you can tell she takes pride in her work because she helped me every step of the way! Thank you, Ms. Diana!
Toured this place as I was thinking of moving here - got an amazing tour from Diana as she was super sweet and was able to answer all the questions that I had & made sure I was informed before making my decision to move. Most likely will sign here!!
I’m only giving 5 stars because of Ms. Diana. She has been absolutely amazing these past few months. I really don’t know how she’s been handling everything by herself, but she’s always respectful, helpful, and just a really good person to deal with. In all honesty i’d rather meet a new assistant than another new manager. I’ve stayed here for so long because I liked feeling like management knew me and connected well. Mr. Sean and Ms. Diana are awesome. I was dealing w/ a very difficult situation towards the end of my lease. However, in which Diana was incredibly accommodating by working with me and going above and beyond to make sure i had the support i needed. Sean was also incredibly helpful, not only staying there with me for my saftey while I moved out, but also giving me really good advice whether it be correlated to my situation or how to finalize moving out of the apartment (not to mention he informed my parents of a nonprofit org... read more
