I am not the type of person to leave reviews but this was the worst experience i have ever had. The second i walked in the lady who ended up starting my pedicure was very rude and aggressive. I ignored it & the reviews (i wish i wouldnt have!) and just continued to sit in a pedicure chair, she did my entire pedicure in maybe 10 minutes, I mostly go for the clean up of cuticles and dead skin and she didnt even start the clean up, she started the massage, which usually means a pedicure is almost done and I asked if the cuticle... read more
I’m not usually one to write reviews, but this experience was too frustrating to ignore. I normally go to a different salon for my nails, but since I recently moved and my go-to place is now too far, I decided to give this one a try and came in for a pedicure on the Fourth of July. From the start, the service felt rushed. I was really hesitant to leave a review because their customer service was amazing and the atmosphere was great, but the quality of the service was poor. I got a gel pedicure I loved the color, but the person did not do a great job applying it and I ended up getting a toe infection on both my toes, but the worse infection was on my right big toe. I’m still recovering it and for some reason my toes is peeling? I don’t know. I got the service done in April. The photo was the very next day.
I want to give a special shoutout to Dhang Tao, the kind and talented woman who did my pedicure today. She is deaf, but that didn’t stop her from giving me excellent service. She was very gentle and took her time, even when working around some sensitive areas with ingrown nails. I said “ouch” a few times out of reflex, but she was doing everything right and handled it with care.
