The clinic atmosphere has notably changed since the departure of Dr. Lily Lo. The new doctor and Staff are exceptionally nice, friendly, and professional. The quality of care provided by the clinical team is excellent. Areas for Improvement: Facility Cleanliness and Maintenance: The clinic would benefit from a thorough cleaning and updating of the waiting area. 第一次在多村的补牙经历 上次洗牙 给我照了x光片 说我有一颗大牙 有很大一个洞 但是我没有任何感觉 洗牙结束之后预约了今天的补牙 早上到了诊所 牙医和牙医助理态度都很好 看着我紧张不停的安慰 然后打麻药 之后还告诉我不会痛了 但是有任何的不适都要告诉他 那一颗牙补了好久 然后医生说 我们最难补的一颗补好了 接下来补其他好补的 不是洞特别大的 要及时做好防护 以免那个洞越来越大……然后问我有没有什么想问他的？我说没有 接下来医生和医生助理就一颗一颗 补了7颗牙[破涕为笑] 我来之前 我的牙上面有一条缝 好几颗牙齿上都有 在国内就去补过 被告知 补不了 今天全都补上了 好开心🥳 当然最开心的就是除了坐公交车花了8块2毛钱 补牙一分钱都没有花[666] 牙医和牙医助理都非常好 耐心给你解释 安慰你的情绪 总是问你 有没有什么想问他的[666] 总之 今天是一次非常棒的看牙经历

I had a disappointing experience with this clinic. A filling they replaced just over 2 years ago has already fallen out. Shockingly, the dentist considered this “normal and acceptable” — even though the previous filling in the same spot had lasted nearly 20 years. Over the years, I was frequently told I needed fillings, even when I had no symptoms. After switching to a new dentist, I was told many of those treatments were unnecessary. great service as always! been with them for over 10 years. Front desk is effective & friendly, and my dentist (Selina) is detail-oriented, friendly & knowledgeable!
