I had a great experience at 16th Auto Service & Tire. Mohammad is incredibly honest, upfront, and easy to deal with, which is rare these days. He took the time to explain everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. I brought my car in with a tricky exhaust issue that other places couldn’t properly diagnose or fix. Mohamed and Shawn have been efficient, knowledgeable, and consistent in taking care of our older family car (Audi Q5 3.2L V6). I’ve come here for oil changes, suspension work, spark plug and ignition coil replacement, and each time the service has been reliable and straightforward. Had an amazing experience! I went in because of wind shield wiper not working after freezing rain. Sean walked me through different scenario, explained how much it will cost each so that I will be prepared and also advised they will try to save the part if possible. He called me the same day to tell me the replacement part he needed has been delivered but it's no longer needed because they were able to fix without it.
