I usually love 168 nails, the employees are super friendly and accommodating. However, my last visit was very disappointing. I showed the lady who was doing my nails the photo of what I wanted (1st photo attached) and I walked out with nails that looked nothing like them (2nd photo attached). I don’t mind the nails that were done, it was just very disappointing to receive a false promise and walk out with completely different nails I paid a lot of money for. I love 168 nails! They are committed to quality service, from removal to shaping, application, and design. My natural nails have never been healthier- I don’t have tips or extensions in these photos, just dip manicure. I continuously get compliments on my nails and have even been asked if they are stickers or press ons because the design work is so exquisite and detailed. This place is legit! They were detailed and made sure every part of my pedicure was perfect. Asked for a flower design on my big toe and they did a fantastic job. Coming back for sure.
If I could give 10 stars I would! This has become my go-to nail salon. The salon itself is clean, the staff is so friendly and every time I go I always get consistent results regardless of the tech I use! I always love how my nails come out. They are quick, sufficient, and do an amazing job every time. Prices are very reasonable. Definitely recommend 168 Nails!
