I've been a patient of Dr. Sam's, and I can honestly say he is one of the most caring dentists. The entire team is friendly, welcoming, and treats you like a person rather than just another appointment. Dr. Sam takes the time to listen and make sure you're comfortable every step of the way. He is very understanding, accommodating, and genuinely cares about his patients' oral health. If you're looking for a dentist who is skilled and cares, I recommend Dr. Sam.
Customer service is terrible. The staff needs to be better trained on phone etiquette. It’s apparent the doctor might not be aware the staff is very rude on the phone and rushes you off the phone. He might be a great doctor but his staff who answers the phone are not. I was referred to this office from a coworker who had dental work done a few years ago. Dr. Sam and staff are very kind and professsional. I am always able to get an appt right away and I am seen in a timely matter.
I had an extraction and the dentist assistant and dr were perfect I was really nervous as it was my first extraction at 25 they were kind patient funny and quick thank you guys!
