When I look for a Contractor. The quality Of the work I’m going to get Is the priority. I also look for reliable communication and a contractor that is going to work with me. Rudy with 1626 has the reputation and was a pleasure to work with. Our patio turned out as planned, in a reasonable time. We are very pleased.
Rudy and the team were great. I had to rip out an upstairs bathroom because of a leak in a shower pan. They quoted a fair price and handled all of the demo, to include a new subfloor, and installation of a new shower and tile. The whole team was very professional and the site prep was well done. I couldn’t be more happy with the results. 1626 Construction will definitely be my first choice for any future renovations.
Rudy and his team were great! Yes I love the finished product, but I’m more about how were the people doing it. They were polite, hard working and even apologized for different loud moments haha while doing hard work where loud stuff is gonna happen. I highly recommend them for not only what the end product will be but for the communication given throughout and the overall greatness of the team!

I couldn't be more pleased with the work completed by 1626 Construction. Rudy and his team were extremely helpful as we determined the extent of work needed to replace and paint the exterior cedar plank siding and fascia on my home. Professionalism, communication, punctuality, daily and final cleanup were exhibited throughout the project. Can't wait for the next one! Thanks!
