Rudy and his colleagues at 1626 Construction are honest, hard working, and communicative. They completed our bathroom remodel in a short period of time. I always appreciated how they kept the job site clean and left it meticulous upon completion. We are very pleased with the result and plan on using 1626 Construction in the future for other remodeling projects.
I got multiple estimates/recommendations for what type of work I needed in my attic. Rudy Lopez was quick to respond, punctual, clear in expressing what was needed. We agreed on a job-cost estimate for purchase and installation of two passive attic fans and scheduled the appointment. Mr. Lopez kept in touch with texting the receipt for materials purchased and confirming our appointment. 1626 Construction did a wonderful job with our bathroom remodel. Rudy provided excellent communication throughout the whole process. I work from home and his team was very respectful of this and the site prep and cleanup was top notch. We are so pleased with the results! I would recommend 1626 to anyone who asks.
Rudy and his team were awesome!! They installed a microwave in my island and it took two hours only! Will definitely be calling them for more work around our home.
Rudy and his team did a complete remodel of my 50 year old pier and beam ranch house. We encountered a myriad of unexpected issues from rotten subfloor/beams to quirky-hard-to-install new floor boards and super tight install space for new appliances.
