The customer service, honesty and reliability of 1604 AC can't be beat. They are an amazing family owned business that genuinely cares about their clients. They installed our replacement unit in 2019 and have provided excellent service every single time we have used them since then.

In 2020 our AC finally gave out and we called around for quotes. 1604 was the cheapest and Robert discussed several options for us, all at a reasonable price. To date three years later there have only been a few issues but luckily none in the dead of summer. Clogged drain line was my maintenance issue. Another was an electrical issue where the unit plugged in blew in the attic. And now to recent events which was an AC issue.
