Our family has been using 1604 Air Conditioning since we bought our house over a decade ago. I have to say that Craig has saved us quite a few times. One 4th of July our AC went south and I gave him a call. With two young kids in the July with no AC is uncomfortable to say the least. He left his own gathering to come and replace a capacitor on my unit so we wouldn't be without during the long holiday weekend. That kind of thing just doesn't happen any more. The customer service, honesty and reliability of 1604 AC can't be beat. They are an amazing family owned business that genuinely cares about their clients. They installed our replacement unit in 2019 and have provided excellent service every single time we have used them since then.
