I was dissatisfied with the customer service and overall operations of the company. After three weeks of having my Pressure Washer, I was contacted with the final invoice amount. We were searching for a riding mower for a while, did a lot of research about the different types we headed out to go shopping we went to several different places before a friend recommended 160 lawn and timber since they had bought there already. Was waiting for over two weeks for parts at another service shop & they didn't show any interest in helping. All they wanted to do was sell new equipment. We found a new service home at 160 Lawn & Timber. It's worth the drive from Denison for great service. They even had the parts IN STOCK the day we called. Wow! What a difference!
