The process to get started was really easy. Crystal was always on top of things. She had all answers to questions. Very professional, nice and organized. Very pleasant to work with.
Crystal our branch manager was amazing she helped me to feel more comfortable about getting my cdl and what school to take my CDL classes my instructor Dave for our 40 hour pre permit class helped me tons and I'm confident I will pass my permit next week I had an amazing experience with the staff at 160 Drive!!!!! I will update my experience when we get done with our yard time but the first half I would highly recommend this school....
I was in the 160 Driving Academy in Spokane/Mead Washington. I want from the top of this company all the way to the new students and even those who are thinking about getting there CDL ,this IS the place to get it. Crystal the Business Development Specialist signed me up such an awesome lady . Did my online class and after a week I passed and received my driver's permit . I'm so happy to have found this school. Not only do i feel confident in my ability to be successful, their high focus on safety has prepared me to be more prepared in less than ideal situations. HIGHLY recommend this school if you're interested in getting your CDL. The instructors or the Spokane office are the best you can hope to find. Crystal was amazing! She walked me threw the entire process from the beginning to the end was there for me with all of the questions I had and was a great encourager every step of the way! I highly recommend Drive 160 if anyone is looking to get a CDL license and begin a new journey or chapter in their life.
