My experience at 160 was great. Instructors Mr. Terry, Marcus, and Brown are very hands on. Within my first two weeks, i was already doing straight backs, offsets, 90s, and shifting. This was my first time shifting, by the end of my first two weeks i felt like i was ready to go and test out.
