I would strongly advise anyone considering 160 Driving Academy to think twice. I enrolled, completed only the classroom portion, and then the school location CLOSED before I could complete the actual driving training. I did NOT withdraw from the program—the services were never fully provided. I was told I would be receiving a refund. It has now been over two weeks, and I have received nothing—no payment, no clear communication, and no resolution. What has been advertised as a 4 week course has now taken 13 weeks and still no end in sight. Equipment is constantly broken and there seems to be lack of communication between management and the mechanics as it takes over a week for a purchase order to be issued. There are students that have been in this course for 6 months. I have attempted multiple times to get in contact with Timothy Bandsma, the regional branch lead, and have been met with no response.
