Man where do I even start I did really well at this school because of 2 instructors starting off with Jason he’s new but that man has so much knowledge on trucking he’s very patient and passionate about you Geting your liscense I wanted to give up but he’s kept my foot on the road and then their was kriste from Lafayette, Indiana theirs really no words that describe how good of a teacher she is I started off wanting to be in a automatic then switched to a manual I wanted to give up so bad cause I was haveing so much trouble ... read more
Kristy is the best instructor at 160 driving academy, she’s understandable,patient with the students. Because of her arrival at the school just for 2weeks I got everything figured and passed my test
Take your class somewhere else…do yourself a favor especially if you’re a woman. I’ve never been so belittled and lied to by anyone and just had to take it in order to finish this training. I really wish I would have went to Tri-State or Ivey tech. If you’re an American boy you’ll be fine. Take that for what it’s worth Only Evansville….Dec 2025…
160 Driving Academy was instrumental in teaching me the skills needed to obtain my CDL-A. Katherine was very helpful in helping me get enrolled and throughout the whole process. All the instructors were great and each took the time to help develop the skills I need to be able to pass my road test. A special thanks to Mr. Roy for being patient with me while learning to shift a ten speed manual and giving me the support to decide to stick with it. Overall experience was great and would recommend to anyone wanting to their CDL.
