My experience was great all the guys are nice and understanding and I had fun while training
Terrible terrible experience, unprofessional instructors , rude, and will set you up for failure. You’ll barely get any seat time in the trucks and if you’re even a minute or two late … LITERALLY A MINUTE or 2 late , you’ll get written up. They have the lowest success rate in Ohio for students passing, if you want to go through 160 go to the Toledo yard. You’ll thank me.
School instructors are great, but all the trucks needs repairs trucks in real bad shape.
Everyone from enrollment processing to the truck range treated me like family. Because they care, by listening, instructions were simple. And the instructors on the truck range shown their care by making sure I got each maneuvers right before I moved to an other maneuver. But there is one problem. The trucks are NOT fit to train in because they are too old and broke down.
The instructors were all professional and very knowledgeable. They were able to explain and simplify things, that to me seemed complex. The only thing I would improve is the quality of the trucks and the amount that we’re actually operable.
