I’m only giving 3 stars on behalf of my instructors, John and Chris (Charleston) for being so great at teaching me and never getting upset with me as I thought someone like myself wasn’t teachable. Otherwise my lack of stars is due to, I think 160 definitely needs new management and instructors (Parkersburg ; Chad) because being racial/racist and yelling in people’s faces (and not because of hearing problems) and belittling/degrading the students isn’t a good look. If you are reading this and wondering what your exp here may be like just know everything gonna be fine here. Don, Chris, john are amazing instructors and are so patient not with just me but was with other students they found a away to teach you of how everything could make sence etc. I'm so grateful I attended this class. The upmost unprofessional group of people I have ever encountered. In the classroom all you do is watch videos. No instructor to answer any questions. Once you pass the written part of the course and reach the yard, that is where things get really horrible. Don who loves to tell you how wonderful he is, could care less about the students. He is there just for the paycheck. One of the students I was training with was struggling backing up. My experience with 160 has been fantastic. The instructors, Don and Chris, in Charleston, WV, were incredibly helpful, patient, friendly, and professional. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone interested!
