I was a student at 160 Charleston. My time in the class room with Bridgette was great, she’s an amazing person to be around. My time at the yard with John and Chris was great! John and Chris are the best instructors and definitely deserve a bonus for having the nerves of steel to deal with teaching me how to driver a 8 speed! All in all 160 is an amazing place and would recommend ANYONE to go there to get your CDL’s.
Highly recommend this place. The instructors Chris and John are amazing instructors with lots of knowledge and patiences!
I’d like to thank John and Chris, two great men with patience and gratitude for the job and pride they take in their students and wanting them to succeed. They are outstanding instructors and even greater human beings. You can learn some amazing things from men who have touched 4 million miles in their careers. I’m only giving 3 stars on behalf of my instructors, John and Chris (Charleston) for being so great at teaching me and never getting upset with me as I thought someone like myself wasn’t teachable. Otherwise my lack of stars is due to, I think 160 definitely needs new management and instructors (Parkersburg ; Chad) because being racial/racist and yelling in people’s faces (and not because of hearing problems) and belittling/degrading the students isn’t a good look. Don, Chris, john are amazing instructors and are so patient not with just me but was with other students they found a away to teach you of how everything could make sence etc. I'm so grateful I attended this class. I passed my cdl today with them. Long story short I attended tmc with there cdl school and had nothing but a bad time however I did not let them stop my dream I wanted to pursue.
