Rob and Hank are great, veteran instructors who are caught in the whirlwind of terrible corporate policies. Upper management of these locations could be more organized and better - again, not at the fault of the instructors.. Unfortunately some people can't separate 2 people trying to do there job with the cards they are dealt with terrible corporate policies and a clear goal to save money. Rob and Hank were great. They taught us everything there is needed to know, and taught us many more tips and tricks. Answered every one of my questions. Learned so much. You get out what you put in. Had a great experience. Can’t thank Rob and Hank enough
