This school is so much better now that the Lead instructor was taken out of the company. With that being said the instructor in charge now, Roman, has been so great he cares about each and every student and takes his time to teach every single student individual and help with areas of concern/struggle. I as a student feel much more confident in myself with his help and knowledge.

Honestly. The lady at this office is not in the slightest bit professional I had to miss a day because of catching covid so i was non stop throwing up so i couldn't be on the camera long enough to attend, so i asked to skip a day. She said that was fine. I spent 2 months calling the office and got no word back, and i couldn't even log into the site to finish my schooling. A little unprofessional for my liking I've been trying to enroll for school and calling the branch manager for Albuquerque, New Mexico and nobody has gotten back to me when they called me and left a message. Then when I called back, they said they can't talk because they're really busy. I don't feel that's the way to handle a professional establishment, especially a potential student wanting to obtain their CDL.
