If I could do 0 stars I would. I was supposed to be done on the 4th of July and here it is Aug 18th they kept moving my dates back every single week. I got the 40 hours done in class with no issue. Then went to the yard. I had amazing instructors, really taught me a lot. Ideally I was supposed to be in the yard 3 weeks but it turned into 5 weeks due to trucks being down almost every other day and instructors being out. Lisa who runs the Akron office is a very valuable asset for 160. She went above and beyond to assist and help me through this process. Liz the online instructor is amazing as well and explains everything very clearly in a manner that anyone should be able to understand. Much respect, appreciation, and gratitude Lisa and Liz at 160.

Ms. Lisa Whitten, who runs the Akron branch, is very friendly she is very helpful if I have any problem or question about training quizzes anything she is there to help.

The lady running Akron branch is really nice. If there is a problem she will try to fix it. If she can't she will call someone to help her fix the problem. Inside the building clean and smell good.
