Nice experience!
Former instructor at the Fort Wayne location. I quit a couple weeks ago contemplating the review. Just going to tell you now do NOT waste your money with this place. The worst company by far that I've ever worked for. When I first started I was told that this was a billion dollar company by Ralph who is the head of indiana yards (he also said he could fit a 13ft 6 inch trailer under a 12ft bridge and I should've known right then this place was a joke) they won't fix trucks but they will put 30 people in the yard with only 3 ... read more
Not enough instructors, trucks in bad condition, 15 people sharing 1 manual truck. There are students here who have been trying to get 1 or 2 drives to finish their requirements and they have been here 6 weeks (4 week program). Ivytech scholarships can help cover the cost of class but you're better off paying outright at a different school.
The 160 instructors are awesome!! They work with you to achieve a career in the trucking industry!
Instructors are really friendly and supportive.
