Paid for my grandson to attend this school. Later found out that his employment prospects were limited as they did not prepare him to drive with 18 gears. He was embarrassed to tell me.
160 Driving school has been closed for 2 months. My employee needs 20 hours of driving and is unable to get the CDL because 160 permits were pulled from the State of Michigan. Flint's manager never answers the phone. Detroit's manager is sweet and trying. Corporate management does not care and isn't managing the situation. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
My experience with 160 in Flint has been horrible!! I started class in June, attended for 2 days when I received and email that they are on pause due to administrative issues with the state of Michigan. It’s been over a month with no word when classes will resume. I asked for a refund and they are taking their time with that stating it’s in review. Without a doubt I highly reccomend this school to come and learn at and get your CDL. LC, Keyon, Virg, Dale and Tom are the greatest group of instructors you could get hands down. They all have their own style of teaching that works for them and you’ll learn valuable things from each and every one of them to carry with you on your journey.
