If you need you car looked after in the Ottawa area this is the place to go. Been taking my car here since I had one and they always go above and beyond. They always explain any of the work done and are proactive with their communication about any extra work done (and they've saved my bacon a few times). Instead of giving your money to a dealership that doesn't care about you or your car consider 16 Service :)

Initially, I was happy to have found this garage. Then I took my truck in and was told they had no way to figure out what was wrong with it without a diagnostic scan which they can’t do. So they did nothing and charged me for a hour or whatever then one of the guys told me I had to get the truck out of the lot because there wasn’t room for it. I had it towed home.
