The team member working did a great job greeting us, offering sample cups and telling us goodbye.
I walked in the store and I was immediately greeted by Zayda. She was very helpful in my figuring out of what to get, and made every step of the process seamless. Good employees like that make the whole experience! Great job Zayda!
My mom, sister & I walked into 16 handles today around 5:30ish. The door had a ringer yet no employee even greeted us but we just ignore it. My sister & I start looking at the flavors trying to decide what we want to sample. After we decide, we notice there is still literally no employee in sight. We stand and wait for 5 minutes and no one comes out & we even stand at the front by where the revolving back room door is to see if there’s an employee there so we could get help.
