Booked an appointment on 9/13 for 12:30. They made me reschedule to 1:30 "due to staffing needs." I got there at 1:25 and waited for someone to come out. After 15 minutes, I knocked on the door and honked the horn and no one came out. Had to call their call center, wait another 15 minutes for them to locate the employee. Employee finally showed up and administered the test at almost 2. Results came in after 35 minutes.

I scheduled an appt for RT PCR test for traveling, the service was great so efficient and their staff were so helpful, I got my results on time, they made a little mistake in my info I called them they fixed it right away and sent me another copy, I highly recommend their facility in case you need a rapid PCR for traveling.

Very nice staff, the swab is gentle, not the deep nose type, and you drive thru at your convenience to get results. It did take a bit longer than promised for the results, but timeframe was still very good and it took less than 15 mins to schedule the appt and drive thru to complete the test. This was highly convenient at a time when urgent care had over a 3 hour wait time required onsite inside the car, and when other urgent clinics stopped providing covid testing altogether, and on a day when the Dr office was closed. I booked an appointment for 11 AM to get a Covid test. The wonderfully kind lady who helped me out said that I should have the results in 20 minutes. Six hours later, and I still haven’t gotten the results. I called their help number and after speaking with somebody was put on hold for over an hour. Still haven’t received my results. The only reason this isn’t one star is because the lady who helped me at the site was amazing!
