I had my daughter tested on Monday with a guarantee that I’d have results by Tuesday night at 9PM. It’s now Wednesday morning and no results were sent. The number isn’t working and my email has not been responded to. I feel as though.... I’m paying a lot of money out of pocket, and traveling an hour....because I need these results STAT. If this company cannot deliver, they should take that statement of timely results out of their advertisement. Update: 5:30 and still no results....
